V.Oid is an architecture and design studio that maneuvers in a range of projects that could go from a business card to urban scale projects, anything that is remotely interesting and has the potential to question, play and change the status quo, they take. Their trans disciplinary approach fluctuates between art, architecture advertisement and design. On May 2016 V.Oid was nominated to the Mies MCHAP Prize in Chicago with their AGP eGlass project, a +10,000m2 factory and office facility that produces windshields for Tesla cars. The project was also recently awarded with a Golden A’Award in Milan, in June 2016, and a Silver award at the AAP American Architecture Prize, in October 2016. In 2012 the studio was selected to be part of the A-35 in Peru (featured architects under 35 years old) and more recent was selected as part of the Top Ten Peruvian Architects under 40. V.Oid has worked on international projects for the Foreign Affairs Ministry and the Peruvian Consulates in Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Milan and Buenos Aires. The studio has won various architecture competitions like the facade for Banco de Crédito del Perú Main Tower, Banco Central de Reserva del Perú in Lima Historic Center, Residential Towers in Barranco Historical Area, and other private competitions.
